About the organization

Overview

The Arab African Organization for Humanitarian Work is a non-profit organization based in Ghana, aiming to improve the lives of Arab Africans. It works on spreading a culture of peace, protecting human rights, and providing relief to those in need. The organization seeks to develop rural areas through the establishment of schools, hospitals, and well-drilling projects. It also focuses on training volunteers and coordinating efforts with international organizations to achieve its humanitarian goals.

Vision

The Arab African is safe in his home, healthy in body, and has his daily sustenance.

Mission

Making the Arab-African person a single cultural and civilizational unit, in terms of security, health, food, cooperation, altruism, learning, and investment.

Objectives

  1. Advocacy to gain international legitimacy for just causes through targeted media and political efforts, cooperating and coordinating with international institutions concerned with human welfare: the Arab League, the African Union, and the United Nations.
  2. Protecting the rights of individuals forced to leave their homelands until they can return, in coordination with relevant authorities.
  3. Coordinating with official bodies to implement standards and laws concerning human rights.
  4. Promoting a culture of peace and principles of human values, and cooperating with official authorities and civil society organizations to apply these principles.
  5. Striving to raise public awareness about the culture of peace, rejection of violence, and all aspects of human rights including individual and social rights, so that citizens feel secure and safe.
  6. Working to provide relief to those affected and offering medical personnel to assist them, in coordination with relevant authorities.
  7. Preparing, training, and qualifying volunteers in each country in all humanitarian fields.
  8. Developing the Arab-African rural areas by establishing schools, hospitals, drilling wells, etc.
